Thankfully the wind had all died down and we set up our tent, got in, and stayed in until morning and tried to stay warm. We were thankful that we brought extra blankets and very warm clothes to sleep in. We saw a moose. Actually two of them.

In the morning we went on a morning hike in Teton Village. 7.4 miles to the summit of a mountain, 4,100 feet uphill.
Remind me not to do that again fueled on a maple bar and a banana from Albertsons. By the time we were at the top I was panting and it was VERY cold up there and windy. We heard rumors that it was around 18 degrees.
The view was great but I was ready to get the free tram ride back down, get in our warm car and find lunch. (We found Burger King in Driggs, Idaho. It was yucky. Besides my french fries.)That night we watched the Boise State-Virgina Tech game. It got a little intense there for a minute.
This weekend I was grateful to not have much going on. Just homework for Jacob.
Next weekend we are running the Melalueca 10K in Idaho Falls.
